INTERGENERATIONAL ENSEMBLE starts!

What is an Intergenerational Ensemble?

It is a multigenerational community brought together by an interest in theatre and artistic creation — a place to explore creative expression through the body, movement, and dance.

The Ensemble likes to call itself an ensemble, even though it is still in the making. For now, it represents dance and movement workshops open to everyone who wishes to connect with their community through play and creativity.

The Ensemble meets once a week, usually on Saturday mornings, at different locations in the Peščenica-Žitnjak neighborhood. We will gather in local schools, community centers, and homes for the elderly.

You can always check our social media pages and posters around the neighborhood to see where we will be each month. For more information, feel free to call us at +385 98 181 5273 or email us at mold.kolektiv@gmail.com.

Workshops take place every Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30.
We stay in the Peščenica-Žitnjak neighborhood, but change exact locations monthly — so follow us on social media to stay updated!

Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of age or experience.
Come by and take a peek, try it out once, join us every other week, or stay with us forever.

Workshops are led by dance artists: Marta Krešić, Danijela Renić, Antonia Dorbić, Tea Hlušička, Sara Trbara, and Irma Unušić.

The whole project is carried out by the artistic organizations MOLDkolektiv and SHOOMA, in collaboration with Centar KNAP and with the support of the City of Zagreb, as part of the “Culture in the Community” program 2023/2024.
